Reiki and sound support the process of healing for a wide range of ailments, including stress, pain, anxiety, restlessness, fear, depression, grief, trauma, chronic conditions, autoimmune disease, hormonal imbalance, fatigue and more. Reiki healing can be especially supportive for anyone whose body and being has been underserved by the Western medical model.

Catherine Foley is an intuitive empath, skilled at reading and listening to the body to provide the support of Reiki exactly where it is needed, reducing pain and discomfort and enhancing your natural ease and flow.

Catherine holds a gentle and compassionate space for your whole self to be seen and witnessed, guiding you back to health and well-being on all levels. She is continually amazed at the profound healing that unfolds from the flow of Reiki energy.

These sessions incorporate the ethereal healing of sound vibrations and color frequencies to transport you to a place of deep peace and serenity. We may work with the Tibetan singing bowl, Zaphir chimes, sonic planetary chimes, rattles, bells, rainmaker, tongue drums, ocean drums and the frame drum, as well as toning and chanting. Your session also includes a transmission of healing color flames like the Violet Transmuting Flame and the Rainbow Flame.

We will begin with a brief check-in and opening invocation, and continue with the sound and color bath. You will then receive a Reiki healing using the Usui Reiki method of hand placements at vital locations on the front and back of the body with a backdrop of a healing music soundtrack.
