The Unfolding: Embodied Presence

WITH Sandrine Harris

The Unfolding is an embodied journey, inviting you into deeper awareness and attending to your present moment experience. With deep listening, attention and awareness as the foundations of support, we will nourish the landscape of sensing.

When we slow ourselves through restorative movement practices, we create space to sense more fully, to listen in, and to explore how to ‘be,’ instead of just focusing on the ‘do’-ing. Inhabiting the essential wisdom of presence, we consciously unfold our aliveness and cultivate a path of self-care, compassion and good feeling.

We will explore movement practices to restore ease and reduce bodily tension, as we go inwards to rediscover presence and connection. Guided breathwork and mindfulness meditation will bring gentle awakening, as together we enrich our self-practice and support each other.

This workshop is a quiet process open to all, and offers benefits including stress relief, take-home tools for your continued practice, and body love, too!

Open to all adults. No prior experience with meditation or movement practices is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and socks for warmth.
