Our ancestors are calling. Our galactic family is calling. Calling us to the fire. To transform, to release—to empower our path with clarity, intention and courage.

In this virtual healing ceremony, we will convene in a sacred meadow—a portal between worlds—to dance and sing with our cosmic kin, and to connect with the power of fire.

This fire ceremony, channeled in partnership with Catherine’s spiritual guides and teachers, will bring you clarity, integration and focus—clearing burdens and obstacles, cleansing and healing you on all levels, and seeding dreams and visions for new horizons.

We will utilize gentle breathwork, Reiki energy, toning, drumming, movement and dance, and meditation and visualization.

 

HOW IT WORKS

• Register by 1PM the day of the ceremony — please honor and respect this sacred circle by registering each person in your household separately.
• You will receive a link to join the ceremony by 5PM, January 28.
• Open the link in your browser, or follow phone prompts to download the Zoom app. *Important – please mute your microphone, and wear headphones or use an external speaker for the best sound experience.
• The group will open at 7:55PM and will close without exception at 8:05PM.
• Catherine is available to respond to any issues or questions up to 7PM on the day of the ritual. 

 

 

HOW TO PREPARE

• You will need a candle (ideally white and unscented or beeswax, can be a pillar, taper or tea light), and a white, unlined piece of paper for the ceremony.
• You are welcome to use your own drum, rattle, or other percussive instrument.
• Treat the day as a sacred retreat – practice presence, gratitude, compassion, forgiveness; consider your intentions for healing; connect with Gaia and spend time in nature when possible—ask for the blessing to do this work; bathe consciously, and select clothing and adornment that reflect your empowerment and true essence. If it is resonant, wear light colors for the Full Moon, dark colors for the New Moon.
• Find a quiet place with minimal distractions.
• Consider creating a small altar. Any special crystals or talismans, candles, fresh flowers, plant smoke—all bring good energy to your space and the circle.
• We’ll start in a seated position and you’ll have the option to stay seated, stand up or lie down during the ceremony. This could be on a yoga mat, floor cushion, chair, couch, bed, etc.
• Have water available, a blanket and whatever else brings you comfort.
• It’s nice to have a pen and journal nearby for reflective writing before and after.
• You may also want to work with a deck and pull a card before and after.
• Spend 5-15 minutes in meditation before to center yourself in the present moment. Focus on the sound of your breath. Invite peace and light to pervade your body, being and space.
• We will start with a brief check in, then we’ll move into some gentle breathwork and movement before beginning the ceremony. We will finish with a group metta meditation.
• You are deeply encouraged to make a simple offering to the Earth after the ritual – our gratitude strengthens intention.
