EVENT, WORKSHOP & tRAINING GUIDELINES
Registration and Payment Policy
Registration for events, workshops and trainings are made through this site, or through an external host site when applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of your registration, except when trainings specifically allow an initial, non-refundable deposit with final payment due at a later date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration with receipt of your payment.
All events and two-hour workshops are refundable up to 48 hours in advance. For half-day, day-long and weekend workshops, please make your cancellation request more than one week in advance to receive a refund less a 20% administrative fee. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel up to three days in advance; after that it is nonrefundable. For all trainings and retreats, refunds will be honored less a 20% administrative fee if you cancel up to 30 days in advance. You may cancel up to five days in advance for a 50% refund of the training cost; after that it is nonrefundable. The cost of lodging and meals is not refundable, unless otherwise noted. Cancellation requests may be submitted via e-mail or phone.
We encourage you to allow sufficient travel time and to arrive at least five minutes early. Entry closes five minutes after the event or workshop begins under all circumstances. Events and workshops often have waitlists – your spot will be considered a cancellation at start time and will be non-refundable. If you are running up to five minutes late, call the workshop or event venue so we don’t release your spot.
