From the healing place of Reiki, we step into the unseen realms to transform and transmute emotions, limiting beliefs, patterns of thought, and other energies and ways of being taken on over time that hold us back from our wholeness. Each session unfolds in a unique way, beginning with the healing touch of Reiki and moving into earth-based, spiritual healing practices and guided journeys that offer us the wisdom and courage to live from a place of deep embodiment and self compassion.

These sessions include an opening ritual with gentle breathwork, intention setting and a divination card selection, and are supported by the power of the drum, and the blessing of song, botanical smoke, rattles, bells, feathers, stones, flowers and other sacred tools. We may explore past life healing, connecting with your sacred space and spirit guide, cleansing with the five elements, clearing energy blocks and cutting cords, recovering power loss and transmuting the energy of past events.

A Cosmic Earth Reiki session is powerfully transformative and will bring you to a space of deep sacredness and inner illumination that will reverberate harmony and healing to all aspects of your life.
