An invitation to pregnant people everywhere to find refuge and refill your reservoirs of light and courage in a sacred, virtual healing circle that honors the power of your pregnancy journey in this time of global shift.

You are invited on a mini retreat for peace and solidarity—to anchor you into your true essence and natural resilience, and to ground you and your babe in a sacred space of beauty, security and empowered resilience.

Join Catherine Foley, a Reiki Master specializing in perinatal energy care, to learn how you can stay energetically tuned in, clear and connected while you navigate shifting dynamics and swift change at work and home. You’ll be guided through a centering and grounding ritual for your nourishment and well-being through all stages of pregnancy; and a powerful metta meditation to bless all birthing beings on the planet.

Catherine will then lead us on a healing journey to solidify your core connection with your true strength; and to meet with your baby in utero, sharing about the blessings and miracles of this time.

This virtual gathering will utilize gentle breathwork, Reiki energy, somatic mindfulness, guided meditation and visualization. Catherine affirms and welcomes birthing people of all identities and bodies.

 

HOW IT WORKS

• Register by 1PM the day of the circle.
• You will receive a link to join the circle by 5PM, January 20.
• You will have the option to connect by video call or by dial-in number.
• Open the link in your browser, or follow phone prompts to download the Google Meet app. *Important – please mute your microphone, and wear headphones for best audio experience.
• The group will open at 6:55PM and will close without exception at 7:05PM.
• Catherine is available to respond to any issues or questions up to 6PM on the day of the event. 

 

HOW TO PREPARE

• Find a quiet place with minimal distractions.
• Consider creating a small altar. Any special crystals or talismans, a candle, fresh flowers—all bring good energy to your space and our circle.
• We’ll start in a seated position and you’ll have the option to stay seated or lie down for the guided meditation. This could be on a yoga mat, floor cushion, chair, couch, bed, etc.
• Have water available, a blanket, pillows and whatever else brings you comfort.
• It’s nice to have a pen and journal nearby for reflective writing before and after.
• You may also want to work with a deck and pull a card before and after.
• Spend 5-15 minutes in meditation before to center yourself in the present moment. Focus on the sound of your breath. Invite peace and light to pervade your body, being and space.
• You are deeply encouraged to make a simple offering to the Earth after our gathering – our gratitude strengthens intention.
