None of us go this alone. There is a powerful and invisible resource of love and support all around you in the form of your cosmic teachers and guides. Making contact and cultivating your relationships with these benevolent, spiritual forces can be a profound form of self care—bringing you wisdom, insight, comfort and protection at any time.

In this experiential, group healing circle, we will use gentle breathwork and movement to open into an expanded state of awareness—learning how to sense and feel the presence of your guides in your field, and initiating your willingness to consciously engage with them.

In a guided meditation, infused with the love of Reiki energy, we will create a sacred space in the alternate realms where you can go anytime to meet and communicate with your guides.

Supported by the magical power of the drum, we will then take a journey to meet a helping and compassionate ancestor, a spiritual teacher and the animal and plant guides who are stepping forward now to empower you on your path. You will receive a healing from them, and learn about the ways they want to work with you.

You will go home with an entirely new understanding of all the strength that walks with you always, and the tools to continue the conversation.
