The mythical creature of Capricorn, half-goat and half-fish, teaches us that our contradictions do not have to hold us back—through maturity and self-mastery, we can transcend inner conflict to scale the figurative mountains of our lives with agility and power. This Strawberry Moon is an especially potent passageway ahead of the Summer eclipses, highlighting where we limit ourselves and prodding us to break out of old habits into a new level of self-expression.

In this experiential, group healing ceremony, we will draw on the wisdom of the Full Moon in mystical, earthy Capricorn—conjunct its ruling planet, the bossy Saturn in retrograde—to come to terms with our different sides, and ignite our personal strength and determination.

With the support of Reiki energy, we will use gentle breathwork and somatic mindfulness to heal the places within us where we find resistance, hesitation, fear or anything else that contradicts our true desires and keeps us small. We will then embark on a shamanic journey, supported by the magical power of the drum, to transform self-sabotage, and open up the horizon for material achievement and self-actualization.
