Full Moon Ceremony for Transformation

The May Blue Moon or Flower Moon inspires us to go deep and rejuvenate our body and spirit after lots of transformation, even tumult, this Spring. This is a time to ground and reconnect with our inner wisdom so we can release all forms of toxicity in our lives, replenish our energy and refocus our creative efforts.

In this experiential, group healing ceremony, we will draw on the wise and meditative energies of the Scorpio Full Moon—joined by the sensual and generous Sun in dependable Taurus—to explore how we take on energies around us and when that might be to our detriment. Using gentle breathwork and somatic mindfulness, we will discover how to work in partnership with the Earth to maintain our energetic integrity and awaken to our innate spiritual wisdom.

In a guided meditation, infused with the love of Reiki energy, we will explore the power of the Earth’s elements to help us clear toxicity and realign us with our natural essence and vibration.

Supported by the magical power of the drum, we will then take a journey to discover the story of your creation, and learn how you are being guided to recreate yourself now.

Bring a journal and pen.
